We are to stick with the dates and locations given above barring a natural disaster. If your organization is interested in hosting a regional in 2010 please let me (Rhonda) know by the November Cricket Regional. Be aware that your organization needs to be able to provide a location that will hold a minimum of 20 boards and your organization is responsible for any costs incurred (rental facilities, boards, etc.). Your ADO representative will also need to be able to provide comparable information to what you see above.
Due
to changes in my job responsibilities and family issues this
year it was necessary to set the Regionals in locations that are well
versed at
hosting these events and have a proven track record and are within a
four hour
travel time from my home. My plan is to
once again move the Regionals around in 2010.
